RETURN OF SERVICES
Beautyworld has a no monetary refund policy. Credit is applicable, toward future fees, for the use of all of the Services, but it is not convertible into cash or any type of refund.

ORDERS – CANCELLATION / RETURN POLICY

The company BEAUTYLAND MON IKE (BEAUTYWORLD), guarantees the authenticity of the product you receive.

RETURN OF NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

1. In case you wish to return your order or part of it, you have the opportunity to do so within 14 calendar days from the day you received your order, by emailing info@beautyworldbydg.gr or by phone +30 22890 25202 .
The products must be returned in their original condition and you must ensure that the products have not been altered, modified or used.
It is necessary to send the receipt.

2. The package will be sent to the Address:

If the return does not concern defective products you will be charged with shipping costs.
Return costs: 5 € (if you choose ACS Courier or Speedex **)
* Orders and Returns are made only within Greece.

REFUND

Once the return process has been completed and the return conditions are met, our company is obliged to return your money in the same way as your order was paid, within 30 days of returning the product to our warehouse.

Refunds are made as follows: • On your debit / credit card. The time to see the money in your account can vary and is determined by the bank you work with. Please contact your bank for more details.

CHANGES OF NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

For non-defective product changes, you must follow the same steps as in the case of Return.
After receiving and evaluating the products, the company will have to place a new order or refund.

If the change does not concern defective products you will be charged with the following shipping costs:
Return costs: 5 €
New shipping costs: 5 €
In case of cash on delivery you will be charged with an additional charge: € 3.00

RETURNS / REPLACEMENTS OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

To return / replace defective products, you must follow the same steps as in the case of Return of non-defective products.
In case of defective product, the return of the products is done exclusively with ACS Courier or Speedex and the return costs are borne by Beautyworld.
The following must be valid for the return / change to be accepted:
• The packaging is intact without damage and tears
• The product is not damaged and has not been tested / used
• The product has not come into direct contact with the skin
• The product is in perfect / excellent condition that allows it to be resold and has not been unpacked (the wrapping plastic has not been removed and is in its original closed or sealed packaging, with accessories, instructions, etc).
• The entire package must be returned in case of offer items
• Seasonal items are returned within the same season they were purchased.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

For hygiene reasons the following products are NOT returned:
Eyeliners, Mascara, Lip Gloss, Eyebrow Mascara, Varnishes (and Varnish Bases, Nail Top Coats, Nail Treatments), Hair Lash, Eye Lash Curler, Hand Files, Nail Clippers, Nail Scissors, Ribbons, Puffs, Eyebrow, Root Dye Products.

GHD products
In ghd products, the warranty is set by the manufacturer at 2 years & amp; 3 years for platinum +, the guarantee is valid with the purchase receipt. For the validity of the guarantee the product must not be opened by an unauthorized technician of ghd, the data code of the product must be visible on the cable and on the device.

Its packaging / delivery is checked for fragile products.
