10 DOs & 10 DON’Ts for Healthy Skin & Hair in Summer
Summer is here – time to care for your skin and hair!

DOs – What to do:

  1. Wear sunscreen every day, even when it’s cloudy.
  2. Clean your face morning and night with a gentle cleanser.
  3. Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated.
  4. Exfoliate 1–2 times per week for glowing skin.
  5. Wear a hat and sunglasses in the sun.
  6. Use moisturizer or after-sun lotion daily.
  7. Apply a hair mask once a week.
  8. Rinse your hair after swimming in the sea or pool.
  9. Tie your hair up to protect it.
  10. Take care of your hands and feet with mani-pedi sessions.

DON’Ts – What to avoid:

  1. Don’t skip your sunscreen.
  2. Avoid sun exposure from 12:00–16:00 without shade.
  3. Don’t wear heavy makeup, especially in the heat.
  4. Don’t leave salt or chlorine on your skin or hair.
  5. Don’t overuse heat styling tools.
  6. Don’t rub your skin harshly with a towel.
  7. Don’t touch your face with dirty hands.
  8. Don’t skip moisturizing after sun or waxing.
  9. Don’t forget hair treatments – they’re essential!
  10. Don’t sleep with wet hair – especially after the beach.
